Bill Reichart is the president of our corporation & the leader of our team.  He is a sixth-generation member of our “family-business” and capable of performing, engineering & discussing all work & services provided.  Bill prides himself in keeping the family-tradition  alive whereby we “Endeavor to identify & place the needs of our customers first and strive to perform the highest-quality workmanship to satisfy the goals & objectives of the customer.”

  2. -Graduated from Bucknell University as a Civil Engineer specializing in Water Resources & Geotechnical Engineering

  3. -Gubernatorial appointment to the Pennsylvania Potomac River Basin Water Resource Committee ( 2003 to present )

  5. -Present Board of Director Member of the Pennsylvania Ground Water Association

Todd M. Reichart, Vice-President

Todd Reichart is the vice-president of our corporation & the man who gets the job done.  He is a sixth-generation member of our “family-business” and capable of performing, engineering & discussing all work & services provided.  Todd works by the philosophy whereby we “Combine technology with tradition & work ethic to best serve the interests of our customers ”. 


Todd’s background includes:

  2. -Graduated from Franklin & Marshall College as a Geologist

  3. -Graduated from the University of Waterloo with a MSc Degree in Hydrogeology

  4. -Certified & Licensed Professional Geologist

  5. -Gubernatorial appointment to the Pennsylvania Lower Susquehanna River Basin Water Resource Committee ( 2009 to present )

  6. -Present Board of Director Member of the Pennsylvania Ground Water Association
