Well Yield Testing & Sampling Service:
REICHART performs professional well yield tests that include hydraulic analysis to quantify well parameters & performance. This information will provide a greater understanding of your well yield, storage & drawdown characteristics. Additionally, while performing the quantitative testing, we can also sample your water for all qualitative parameters as well.
Geothermal Loop Installation Service:
REICHART has been installing geothermal loop systems since 1980, a quarter of a century before other geothermal companies opened their doors. Our installations incorporate both open & closed loop technology to tap into the earth’s natural capacity to provide both heating & cooling throughout the year.
Geo systems have dual purpose: They perform both heating & air conditioning. Using a system of below-ground pipes, termed a loop, geo systems take advantage of the earth’s constant temperature, 56 degrees in our area.
The Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, estimates that geo systems save consumers between 30 - 70% in heating costs and between 20 - 50% in cooling costs.
Currently, the residential geothermal tax credit will give you 30% of the installation cost back with no upper cap on expense and the commercial tax credit is 10%.

Our crews have done monitoring at Superfund and RCRA sites, municipal landfills, industrial sites, and gasoline stations, drilling and installing wells in nested and clustered configurations with both above-ground and flush-surface completions. In addition, our crews have drilled monitoring wells on city streets in highly urbanized areas, along major interstate highways and everywhere in between, demonstrating a proficiency in maintaining stringent control of cuttings discharge and drill-site safety while working in confined areas.
Each REICHART crew has completed the OSHA 40 hour hazardous materials safety course and receives updated training annually. Supervisors have completed the additional 8 hour course and likewise receive refresher training on an annual basis.
